This company is basically work for TATAMOTORS, Pune, MOUNT-Elliott, U.S.A., CHRYSLER, U.S.A and AMTECH
1).For TATAMOTORS we are doing 2D to 3D conversion of Sheet Metal Tool Dies by using Catia v5 & generate tool path & g-codes using Work NC v18 & Catia NC for thermocole pattern as well as metal machining for the same. In these projects we also developed TRIMLINES for trimming dies & RING LINES for draw & flange dies.
The projects handled are as follows:
1. BODY SIDE OUTER 2DOOR LHRH
2. PANEL FIRE WALL
3. PANEL REAR FLOOR
4. CROSS MEMBER REAR FLOOR
5. B-PILLER INNER TOP
6. LOWER ARM FRONT RH/LH
7. PANEL DOOR APERTURE LH/RH
8. SHOT GUN LH/RH
9. D-PILLER OUTER LH/RH
10. B-PILLER REINFORCEMENT LH
& much more like that.
2) For MOUNT-Elliott we prepare surfaces for machining from draw surface input with reference of their rough design and generate cutter path for the same .We had also generated tilt head programming for the same. In this I handled the projects like
1) FRONT DOOR INNER PANEL LHRH
2) REAR DOOR INNER PANEL LHRH
3) HOOD OUTER PANEL
3) For CHRYSLER we are generating tool paths on cloud point data for clay model machining.
Also generating 5-Axis tool path using Catia Nc & Work Nc v18
In this we had handled the projects like tunnel ropes, chassis, wind tunnel covers
For 5-Axis we had handled the various aeronautical projects.
4) For AMTECH we have worked on Reverse Engineering for turbo charger.
5) I am familiar with Catia V5 simulation & Knowledge ware module also. |

My roll in the company is to implement & develop fixture on the m/c & made correction to certain fixtures. To prepare VMC & CNC program, selection of tooling, implementation of this on machine & machined the job as per specification. And to control the production.
