15. Communicating with staff on all levels from basic user to Chief Executive.
16. Liaising with senior management and directors to identify needs and submit optimal solutions based on time and budget constraints.

19. Administering and supporting a Windows 2000 Server/Windows XP/ Microsoft Office environment.
20. Responsible for all aspects of on and off site support including software installation and support, end user support, resolving hardware issues. Use of remote desktop software (Netop, Dameware, Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop Connection)
21. Provide organizational assistance and physical support for the setup of new IT infrastructure for new premises.
22. Cover for all IT operations at times of staff shortage (e.g. holiday, sickness etc) which includes purchasing, server backup/restore

24. Trend Antivirus and Microsoft anti-spyware client updates
